Hello,

My name is John Davis and I’m a Certified Mortgage Planner living and working in beautiful Huntington Beach California.  I primarily serve the Orange County and Los Angeles County markets, but can help anyone with their financing and mortgage needs throughout California and most states too.

My background is in sales and marketing; primarily in the television, radio and sports industries.  I was Broadcast Advertising Sales Manager for the Angels Baseball team and the Mighty Ducks Hockey club.  I was the General Manager of a Los Angeles television station and through it all, client service, attention to detail, and a vast knowledge of effective marketing strategies has lead me to understand how to best help my clients.

How does someone go from media to financing you ask?

Well it is pretty simple.  The cost of the programs that I sold were quite expensive and I could only work with a few select few companies that could afford it.  I want to help more people than that.

I have made a lot of money with my own real estate holdings so I knew that the best way to wealth creation was through real estate.  Since I wanted to be able to help more people and do something entrepreneurial, real estate and real estate financing is a perfect fit for my skill set.

Every client is different and I view our Strategy Sessions just like putting together a puzzle.  You have many different pieces to your personal financial puzzle and my job is to put together a financing program that is the best for you.  My job is to share with you the impact of those options so that you can make the most informed decision about what is right for you.
